What is XcelerateTV?
We are the media gathering place for those who embrace the freedom of that comes from motorcycles, personal
powersports and biking. With a large and diverse library covering all manner of riding we believe we
offer something for everyone, from veteran riders to newbies, all are welcome!

What are some of the shows on XcelerateTV?

Xcelerate has a wide range of programming including racing, travel, building, and lifestyle shows
dedicated to the world of powersports. With an initial focus on motorcycling, we anticipate expanding
into ATV, BMX and mountain bike and, when appropriate, snowmobiles and jet skis content. If you can
ride it (except for horses and bulls – and they might even make an appearance on occasion), we will film
it. In addition to our existing programming, we will consistently add new programming on a weekly
basis, including live events, original series, documentaries, reviews, how-to’s and branded content
capturing the sights, sounds, culture and lifestyle of each segment along with respected personalities
with the strongest of followings. We expect to inform, captivate and motivate our viewers who we
welcome as members of the Xcelerate family.

How much does XcelerateTV cost?

XcelerateTV offers two membership options: $5.99 per month, or $49.99 annually. You can also try
XcelerateTV for free with our 7-day free trial (requires registration).

How does the free trial work?

Try us free for seven days! You'll be able to instantly stream the entire XcelerateTV on your Apple TV,
Roku, Fire TV, PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android and Chromecast.
If you enjoy your free trial, do nothing and at the end of the trial your membership will automatically
continue for as long as you choose to remain a member. You can easily cancel anytime, online, 24 hours
a day. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Just sign up to get started!

When will I know when XcelerateTV adds new content?

We'll keep you posted via our email newsletter, but we're adding new content every week--make sure

How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send
Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset
Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the XcelerateTV
landing page.

How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password at any time by clicking My Account or
Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or
Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.

My credit card is being declined. What Can I do?

First, if you have not done so, double check the information entered for the card. Many credit/debit
cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is still being declined, please contact your credit
card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit
cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Quality is a top priority for us. Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback
experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most
recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices
and browsers.

Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

Yes! Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our network.
To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to
cast. Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.
To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.

Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?

Yes. There are multiple methods depending on the nature of your equipment. You can connect your
computer or laptop to a TV by a cable (e.g. HDMI), by Chromecast or Airplay, or by simply sharing your
screen with many of the more advanced Smart TVs.

Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!

Which browsers are supported?

While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari
browser released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out-of-
date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.

Can I mark my favorite programs?

If you want to quickly find the videos you watch frequently, you can mark those videos as Favorites.
Once you mark them, a Favorites category will appear at the top of the catalog page. Prior to marking
favorites, you will see a regular catalog page; however, once you add a video to favorites, the Favorites
category will automatically appear. To add the video to favorites, click on Add to Favorites below the
video player.

Where can I access XcelerateTV?

The Xcelerate TV app is available on Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android and
Chromecast. Once you sign up you can stream on any of these platforms.

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

Once signed into your account, click My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select
Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel
Membership. Your membership will be cancelled, and your access will be removed at the end of your
current payment period.

Can I view XcelerateTV on more than one device?

Yes, but not at the same time. This makes sure you are the only user who has access to your account
information for security purposes.
